Of course! You can switch plans, upgrade/downgrade plans as you wish since our plans have no contracts or minimum terms! To upgrade or downgrade plans, follow the following simple steps. 


Upgrade or Downgrade:

  1. Log in to "My Account"
  2. Click on "My Subscription"
  3. Under "Subscription Totals", click the "Upgrade or Downgrade" button
  4. Using the dropdown menu, select your desired membership level
  5. Click the button "Sign Up Now" 
  6. You'll be redirected to the Checkout page. You'll notice your new payment amount may be prorated. Scroll to the bottom and select a card saved on file or select a new method of payment. Agree to the terms & conditions and hit the "Sign Up Now" button. 


Voila! You're all signed up with a new DeskTeam360 membership plan.
