You can offload your tasks to our team in one of two ways:

Send your request to support@deskteam360.com and include the following:
- Add a subject
- Describe your request via text. You may also attach a short explainer video (no more than 5 minutes long).
- Attach any photos you want our team to use.
- Include any links to sources of inspiration (designs/websites you like).
SUBMITTING A TASK VIA CUSTOMER PORTAL
Log in to the customer portal.
Click "New Support Ticket" above
Fill out all of the ticket fields
- Modify the requester field (if necessary). It should autofill with the email linked to your account.
- Add a subject
- Include the request type -- graphic design, website, marketing or question.
- Describe your request via text. You may also attach a short explainer video (no more than 5 minutes long). Be sure to include any links to sources of inspiration (designs/websites you like).
- Attach any photos you want our team to use.
HACK: We recommend using the CloudApp tool*. It allows you to annotate screenshots, record your screen and even create short GIFs. Your files are saved to their cloud. As the file gets saved, the Cloud App system autogenerates a short URL link so you can quickly share it with whomever you wish. That way you don't have to record a video, upload it to YouTube and then share it with our team. Who has time for that? Seriously, the CloudApp Tool* is our favorite business and communication hack and has been a game changer for our team!
