If you've never logged into the customer portal, you first need to activate your account. Your account manager should have sent you an activation email like the one shown in the picture below. 

If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder. If it's not in spam, email us at and we can resend another link. You will not be able to log in until you activate your account and setup your own password through this link. 


Remember, your password may be different than the one you used to create your DeskTeam360 account. Your DeskTeam360 account and Customer Portal are two separate systems. You can reset your customer portal password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link at the login screen.

On the next screen, enter your email address and select "Reset My Password".
