Your DeskTeam360 Account and Customer Portal are separate systems. There's a chance you may have used two different passwords when creating these accounts. Make sure you're entering the correct password you set up.
If you can't remember your password to your DeskTeam360 Account login, select "Lost your password".
Remember, only the person who signed up for DeskTeam360's services will be able to log in to this page. You should have 1 account holder for your company.
On the next screen, enter your username or email and select "Reset password".
If you're still experiencing issues, email us at support@deskteam360.com and a team member can manually reset the password for you.
