- View your requests (or support tickets) at a glance
Only the person who signed up for DeskTeam360's services will have access to the My Account login area.
Your Customer Portal allows you to...
- Review help articles (known as our knowledge base)
- Check status updates for your requests
- Review resolved or closed requests
- Send new task requests (called support tickets)
You can have up to 3 users in your company who can create new task requests and access the customer portal. These users will not be able to see requests from other team members. They'll only be allowed to see their own requests.
We hope to add the ability to see all tickets across a company in the near future.
